Retention and use of Hotel information once collected
Use of Hotel internal information shall be limited to that which is necessary for the purposes Simple Marketing and Sales to market your hotel. You will maintain ownership of all relevant information pertaining to your hotel and provided by SMS. By providing your Hotel information, you thereby grant to SMS to use the information in accordance with the term of the Privacy Agreement. Use of Your Hotel information shall be limited to that which is necessary for the purposes of gaining exposure and business as identified in the contract or as required by law. Information collected whether verbally, or in writing in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Agreement shall be retained only for the period of time that your hotel is contracted by Simple Marketing and Sales to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or for the period of time that is required.
